It's finally here! After many requests came in, we've developed our toffee recipe and process.
Using a simple mix of sugar, water and butter (lots of butter!) we cook this recipe to just the right temperature for our altitude and then finish with a pinch of sea salt and a splash of vanilla. Then each side gets covered in chocolate and topped with roasted almonds.
We have two sizes available: a six ounce and a pound bag. Pictured is the 6oz bag.
At the moment, we're only releasing a dark chocolate almond but in the next few weeks we'll announce a few more varieties! Check back soon.
