Cinnamon Caramels

A traditional American caramel recipe that slowly caramelizes the dairy proteins and sugars for a buttery smooth taste. At the end of the cooking process, I add cinnamon to the caramel in the final fifteen minutes to have the delicious spice fully cooked in. It's like tasting autumn! 

INGREDIENTS - Sugar (brown and white), heavy whipping cream, evaporated milk, corn syrup, dark chocolate, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, salt.
