Small Batch Chocolate Caramels from Sugar Love
A traditional American caramel recipe that slowly caramelizes the dairy proteins and sugars for a buttery smooth taste. At the end of the cooking process, I add our Belgian dark chocolate for a rich chocolate taste. Imagine the best ever tootsie roll!
